Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Your name (as you typed it on the opt-in form).
• Your mobile number in E.164 format.
• Your replies to the trip’s SMS questions.
• Consent fingerprint: timestamp, IP address, and User-Agent at the moment you ticked the consent boxes — kept as evidence of valid consent under UK GDPR.

Why we collect it

Solely to plan a group trip on behalf of the host who invited you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Indefinitely while the service operates, unless you ask us to delete it. To request deletion email test@test.com with the phone number you used to opt in.

Roles under UK GDPR

• The platform (us) acts as data processor.
• The host who invited you acts as joint controller.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. To exercise any of these rights email test@test.com.

Marketing

We do not send marketing SMS. The only messages we send are the trip questions and reminders. Reply STOP to any of them to opt out.
